Do not deal with 1800mobiles. They are a scam artist that goes under many names will rip you off. Simplexity is another name. Illegally goes into bank accounts without your authorization. Will not give any information on company when you request for it. Will shake you down for $50.00. Sprint never heard of them and sprint never receives your order. They tell you sprint wants $50.00, they are not sprint authorized dealer. They put money on hold in your account with permission then refuse to give you address of company or name of some in the company. beware!

Website lies about their offers
Do yourself a favor and don't ever buy from 1800mobiles since most of what their website promises is never what you wind up getting. If you are lucky, you get some customer service rep who apologizes profusely and if pressed, will admit that this is the way the company gets consumers to want to buy an item, or a service, and then at the last minute the entire deal changes and the rep is told to just keep apologizing because enough people will go through with the sale at that point because of the time they have already spent on it. However, they will never rectify the situation. It is too bad that internet purchasing is coming to the point where you can't believe in its reliability and that there are certain merchants, like this one, who see it as an opportunity to mislead and defraud the public, and ruin it for everyone else.
